What are the shipping rates and times?

Flat rate NZ$15 shipping nationwide. Allow 1–2 business days for dispatch once payment clears. Tracking will be emailed to you.

What are your products used for?

Research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.

How do I place an order?

Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you'll receive payment instructions via email. Payment must be made within 24 hours or the order is cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?

No — we only ship within New Zealand.

Are your products tested?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every batch are viewable on our homepage under the COA section.

Do you accept returns?

No, due to the nature of the product we do not accept exchanges. If there is an issue please contact us direct.
